What is the ZNRB 500 Club?

How do I join the ZNRB 500 Club?

You only need to do one thing to become an official ZNRB 500 Club member:

Simply spend over AUD $500 in one transaction at ZANEROBE’s online store.

Once your online order has been approved we will contact you directly via email to welcome you to the club! You don’t need to do anything during checkout other than spend over the certified amount. Our web team will see your order confirmed and will contact you with further details.

Terms and conditions:

1. Definitions
These ‘Terms and Conditions’ were updated in Oct 2012 and comprise the terms on which you use the ZNRB 500 Club on the ZANEROBE website.
In these Terms and Conditions:
1.1 ZNRB or ZANEROBE refers to Zanerobe Global Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 23142678582). 522-524 Military Road, Mosman, NSW, 2088, Australia.
1.2 ZNRB 500 Club refers to a loyalty program, which is run through www.zanerobe.com
1.3 By participating in the ZNRB 500 Club, the Member accepts these terms and conditions and any rules, policies or procedures that may be adopted by the Promoter from time to time and any changes to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are correct as at 25th October 2012 but are subject to change. The Promoter may alter these terms and conditions at any time by posting a new version at the Promoter’s website.

1.4 Each individual is only permitted to register once and membership may not be transferred to any other individual.
1.5 The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to the Program, including but not limited to any dispute as to Rewards, the identity of a Member, or the eligibility to become a Member is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
2. Rewards program
2.1 To become a member of the ZNRB 500 Club, you must purchase over AUD $500 in the one transaction at www.zanerobe.com/store
2.2 A member may only join by completing the above step (2.1). They may not join through any other method or through any other channel.

2.3 The promoter will award a member with various on going rewards which may include but is not limited too; discounts online, free tickets to events, a ZNRB membership ring and new product alerts. ZANEROBE reserves the right to select certain rewards for members. Rewards will be given to members when possible but not necessarily on a regular basis.

2.4 Rewards, including any unused portion, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2.5 Rewards are subject to change at any time and may not always be on offer for members. ZANEROBE will endeavor to provide a unique and worthy pool of rewards for all of its members.

2.5 The member understands that he/she may not receive every reward on offer due to certain rewards being geographically specific or targeted.

2.6 The rewards offered and the regularity at which rewards are offered is up to the discretion of ZANEROBE at all times.

2.7 The Promoter reserves the right to offer bonus rewards at any stage.

2.8 Coupon codes or vouchers can not be used to secure a position in the 500 Club.
3. Promoter’s rights and exclusion of liability

3.1. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, at any time:
(a) change, amend or vary these terms and conditions;
(b) change, amend, vary, withdraw or cancel any Reward or the value of any Reward;
(c) exclude a Member from, or cancel a Member’s membership in, the Program
without prior notice and without prior notice to a Member.
3.2 The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, at any time cancel the Program in whole (or in part) upon reasonable notice (“reasonable notice” being no less than 4 weeks) to Members.
3.3 Without in any way limiting the rights of the Promoter, if a Member is, at any time, in breach of the Member’s trading terms with the Promoter, the Promoter may cancel the Member’s membership with the Program and any Member whose membership is cancelled may no longer access Rewards and all of their Points will be cancelled.
