Independent stores carrying Zanerobe product are not partners in this promotion and have the right to refuse price-matching as a result. Independent stores stocking Zanerobe may run their own Sale promotion but it is mutually exclusive to Zanerobe's online promotion.

• Our app only promo is available to the general public from 9am Monday 14th October and ends 12pm Monday 14th October 2024 PST.

• The app only promo is not valid in conjunction with any percentage off discount code including rewards points.

• Any promotional or prize codes are not eligible for use during the sale.

• Rewards points are able to be earned but not be redeemable from 9am Monday 14th October and ends 12pm Monday 14th October 2024 PST.

• App only promo prices cannot be retroactively applied to orders made outside the designated time period.

Returns Policy

• All app only items are final sale. This applies to any items purchased on sale between 9am Monday 14th October and ends 12pm Monday 14th October 2024 PST and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty or damaged.

• If you believe your item is faulty/damaged and eligible for return, please contact our customer service team, explaining the issue with attached images for review.

• If an item is deemed faulty, the return must be arranged within 14 days of your Order Purchase Date.

• All items are inspected on arrival at our offices. Please make sure your item(s) are: - unwashed - unworn; and - original tags still attached.

• There are strictly no refunds, store credits or exchanges on sale items unless the product is deemed faulty or damaged.
