How Do I Get Notified When An Item Is Restocked?

Select your desired item and size, and if it's currently out of stock, click the "Notify Me When Restocked" button and register your information.

My Order Has Gone Missing. What Do I Do?

Please contact us by email at or via live chat if you have not received your order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we'll gladly assist you.

My Order Was Returned To Sender. What Do I Do?

How Do I Wash My Zanerobe Garments?

Our recommendation is a gentle machine wash in cold water with similar colors followed by air drying. Avoid machine drying as it may lead to unwanted shrinking. Detailed care instructions are conveniently attached to each garment for your reference.

What Are Your Bundle Offer T&C's?

Only one bundle discount can be applied to any item.

Coupon codes and Loyalty Points cannot be used in conjunction with any orders containing a bundle.

Bundle offers are subject to change and may end at any given time without notice.

A partial return from a bundle offer for a refund or store credit will remove the original bundle offer discount and the full price of the kept item(s) will be applied, with the final refund amount adjusted to match.

How Do I Track My Order Status?

All orders will receive an automatic email to the email address provided, as soon as tracking details are available.

If you can't find your email follow these steps:

Log into your ZANEROBE account and access your order status and tracking information in your recent orders list.
2. Check your email Junk Mail
We try our best, but sometimes they make their way here. Make sure you have a quick check and then mark it as 'Not Junk' for any future orders.
