Shipping

While we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days, during peak sale periods such as Black Friday, our warehouse team may require additional time to manage the increased volume. Rest assured, if you've received your order confirmation email, our team is working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please visit our FAQ page or contact our customer service team.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Canada. US and Canadian orders are shipped via UPS and Rest of World via DHL Express. This allows us to provide high quality and more efficient delivery for your order. ZANEROBE has also gone paperless, so invoices are only digital. If you require a tax invoice contact info@zanerobe.com

Duties & Taxes for Canada

All orders are shipped duties paid while taxes are to be paid by the customer. The tax payable is estimated at checkout and the final tax amount will be available after the order is placed. That the final tax amount is sent to the customer by text or email.

When the checkout process is complete, Estimated tax is displayed on the customer's order status page until taxes have been calculated and the customer's credit card is authorized for the estimated tax amount. Payment is not captured until the final tax amount is calculated.

The final tax amount might be lower than or higher than the estimated amount that is provided to the customer during the checkout. Estimated tax is only authorized by the payment method, but it is not charged to the customer.

If the tax on an order is overestimated, which means that the final tax amount is lower than the estimated tax amount that is provided to the customer during checkout, then only the final amount is captured on the customer's credit card. Remaining funds that are authorized on the customer's credit card are released.

If the tax on an order is underestimated, which means that the final tax amount is higher than the estimated tax amount that is provided to the customer during checkout, then the authorization on the customer's credit card is voided, and a new authorization is created for the final amount. If the customer's payment method doesn't have the necessary funds for the new authorization amount, an email notification will be sent, indicating that the payment has failed, prompting the customer to complete the purchase.

Duties & Taxes for Rest of World

Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders.

These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location and depend on a number of factors, such as:

  1. Country/location of origin of the purchased product
  2. Local VAT rates
  3. Local import taxes

It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.

Our guaranteed landed cost shipping service allows you to prepay all taxes and there will be no additional charges when you receive your package – guaranteed!

All you need to do is prepay the duties at our checkout.

If prepayment is supported for your order, then you will be quoted as follows:

“Prepay xxxx for duties, taxes and fees now to guarantee no additional charges on delivery”

Select this option if you wish to prepay duties & taxes.

Should you choose to use this option, you will be provided with a 100% guaranteed total amount for your order (including all applicable delivery charges, duties and taxes).

Please note that any inspections and fees applied on imports to your country/location are beyond our control, should you decide not to prepay your taxes during checkout.

No Avoidance

We cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

My Package Is Stuck At Customs

Customs clearance is completely beyond our control, as are any delays resulting from inspections by the customs authorities.

As only the recipient of the package can make an inquiry with the local customs authorities, for any details regarding the process and its due date, we kindly ask you to contact them directly using the tracking reference number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

What Is ATL?

All orders are shipped as ATL (Authority to Leave). This means that if the driver deems a delivery safe to do so, without someone signing for the package, that this will be done. If you wish to avoid this scenario, we encourage you to ship your order to a location that you will be present at during the day, or to a business address.
