Changes to Zanerobe Loyalty

ZANEROBE Loyalty rewards you for shopping with us, with points on eligible full-price purchases and additional benefits as you move through Bronze, Silver and Gold.

• From 1 September 2026, we're updating ZANEROBE Loyalty with new ways to earn and redeem rewards.
• Already a member? Your existing points are staying with you.
• Any points in your account before 1 September 2026 will remain in your account at their current value.
• 100 points = A$10 reward value.
• Your existing VIP tier will also remain unchanged through 30 November 2026.

Membership Tiers

Bronze

• A$0–A$499 qualifying spend
• Earn 1 point for every A$2 spent

Silver

• A$500–A$999 qualifying spend
• Earn 1.25 points for every A$2 spent

Gold

• A$1,000+ qualifying spend
• Earn 1.5 points for every A$2 spent

From 1 December 2026, your VIP tier will be based on qualifying spend over a rolling 12-month period.

Qualifying spend is spend on eligible full-price merchandise. Sale and markdown purchases do not earn points or count towards VIP tier qualification.

Redeeming Your Points

100 points = A$10 reward value. Use your points on eligible full-price merchandise:

Reward Min Qualifying Spend

A$10 on A$50 minimum spend
A$20 on A$100 minimum spend
A$30 on A$150 minimum spend

• Only eligible full-price merchandise counts towards the minimum qualifying spend.
• One Loyalty reward may be used per order.
• Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other promotional or discount codes.
• Sale and markdown merchandise is excluded from Loyalty reward redemption.

Additional Ways To Earn

• Create an account = 25 points
• Birthday reward = 50 points
• Refer a friend = 100 points once your referred friend completes a qualifying full-price purchase
• Four qualifying purchases = 50 bonus points

Points Expiry

• Your points remain active while you remain active in ZANEROBE Loyalty.
• Points expire following 12 consecutive months of account inactivity.
• Log into your ZANEROBE account at any time to view your current points balance.

VIP Status

• Until 30 November 2026, existing VIP members will retain their current tier.
• From 1 December 2026, VIP status will be based on qualifying spend over a rolling 12-month period:

Bronze: A$0–A$499
Silver: A$500–A$999
Gold: A$1,000+

• Only eligible full-price merchandise contributes towards qualifying spend.
• Your VIP tier may move up or down based on your qualifying spend during the applicable rolling 12-month period.
