While we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days, during peak sale periods such as Black Friday, our warehouse team may require additional time to manage the increased volume. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Canada. US and Canadian orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS and Rest of World via DHL Express. This allows us to provide high quality and more efficient delivery for your order. ZANEROBE has also gone paperless, so invoices are only digital.
