Do I need a discount code?
No you don't, prices are marked down already, so the listed price is the final sale price. Add products to your cart and you’re good to go.

I recently purchased at a higher price, now it’s cheaper. Will you refund the difference?
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to do so as Black Friday is a globally recognized/advertised event. Don’t miss out, mark it in your calendar each year.

Can I return a sale item?
Only if the product is deemed faulty, otherwise, we won’t be accepting returns given the product is heavily discounted. Please choose carefully.

Can I use a code or rewards points?
Our sale won’t be accepting discount codes and unfortunately you won’t be able to redeem/spend your rewards points balance either. You will, however, be able to earn rewards points on your Black Friday purchases.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Black Friday Sale prices apply to zanerobe.com listed product only and are not applicable to affiliate stores, retail partners or their online channels. Independent stores carrying Zanerobe product are not partners in this promotion and have the right to refuse price-matching as a result. Independent stores stocking Zanerobe may run their own Sale promotion but it is mutually exclusive to Zanerobe's online promotion.

• Our Black Friday Sale is available to the general public from 2pm Friday 22nd November until 11:59 Monday 2nd December PST.

• The Black Friday Sale is not valid in conjunction with any percentage off discount code including rewards points.

• Any promotional or prize codes are not eligible for use during the sale.

• Rewards points are able to be earned but not be redeemable from 2pm Friday 22nd November until 11:59 Monday 2nd December PST.

• Black Friday Sale prices cannot be retroactively applied to orders made outside the designated time period.

• If a product is further discounted it cannot be retroactively applied to your already placed order.

• If you have any questions or are having trouble checking out, please contact customer service before completing your order.

 

RETURNS POLICY

• All sale items are final sale. This applies to any items purchased on sale between 2pm Friday 22nd November until 11:59 Monday 2nd December PST and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty or damaged.

• If you believe your item is faulty/damaged and eligible for return, please contact our customer service team, explaining the issue with attached images for review.

• If an item is deemed faulty, the return must be arranged within 14 days of your Order Purchase Date.

• All items are inspected on arrival at our offices. Please make sure your item(s) are: - unwashed - unworn; and - original tags still attached.

• There are strictly no refunds, store credits or exchanges on sale items unless the product is deemed faulty or damaged.
