All orders are shipped using DHL Worldwide Express Service. This service is fully trackable once DHL have your order. Transit Time is usually between 3 and 7 Business days from the time you place an order on our site.
A flat rate of $20 ($26 CAD for Canadian orders) is charged at checkout for all orders outside of Europe under $99 / $129 CAD.
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $99 / $129 CAD for all orders outside of Europe.
For orders going to Europe a flat rate of $50 AUD is charged at checkout for all orders under $249 AUD. Shipping is FREE for all orders over $250 AUD.
Any duty and custom charges are charged at the checkout for most orders. We calculate these charges based on your country's custom rules. Please see Duties and Taxes for further information.

All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn).
