All orders are shipped using DHL Express or UPS. These services are fully trackable once the couriers have your order. Transit Time is usually between 3 and 7 Business days from the time your order is dispatched but may be longer during Black Friday Sale period due to the higher volume of orders.
Depending on the contents of your order it may be fulfilled from a number of our different warehouses. If your order is split into multiple deliveries you will receive multiple tracking numbers and emails.

Free for orders over $250. $15 flat rate for orders between $150 and $250. $25 for orders under $150.

Deliveries outside of Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and Japan may be subject to local import fees or taxes. Fees and taxes are subject to the shipping policies within your country and are calculated through your local customs office. For more info click here.
Duties & Taxes
USA - All orders are shipped duties & taxes paid.
Canada - All orders are shipped duties paid while taxes are to be paid by the customer. The tax payable is estimated at checkout and the final tax amount will be available after the order is placed. That the final tax amount is sent to the customer by text or email.
When the checkout process is complete, Estimated tax is displayed on the customer's order status page until taxes have been calculated and the customer's credit card is authorized for the estimated tax amount. Payment is not captured until the final tax amount is calculated.
The final tax amount might be lower than or higher than the estimated amount that is provided to the customer during the checkout. Estimated tax is only authorized by the payment method, but it is not charged to the customer.
If the tax on an order is overestimated, which means that the final tax amount is lower than the estimated tax amount that is provided to the customer during checkout, then only the final amount is captured on the customer's credit card. Remaining funds that are authorized on the customer's credit card are released.
If the tax on an order is underestimated, which means that the final tax amount is higher than the estimated tax amount that is provided to the customer during checkout, then the authorization on the customer's credit card is voided, and a new authorization is created for the final amount. If the customer's payment method doesn't have the necessary funds for the new authorization amount, an email notification will be sent, indicating that the payment has failed, prompting the customer to complete the purchase.
Mexico - The customer is solely responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred as a result of this.
These fees or taxes will be charged through the courier service used and an order can only be received once the payment has been made.
Should a delivery be refused by the customer, the cost of the original order and return shipping cost will be charged to the customer and taken from any potential refund.
Please note, there may be a minimum order value for imported goods into your country. For any orders of larger value or size, we recommend checking the requirements with your local customs office. Please contact your local customs office for more information on any local policies.
We cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
We offer return postage labels on full priced items for our Australian, US & Canadian customers only.
Please note there is a $10 processing fee applied within the portal.
All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn).
All returns are actioned via a store credit, unless the the return matches the refund crtieria stated in the policy
There are strictly no returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items unless the product is deemed damaged or faulty. If you believe your sale product qualifies, please email images of the issue & your order number to email@example.com.
