Online Purchasing Steps

To place an order on our online store simply browse through our collection online and select the size of the product you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart”

Any unavailable sizes will show on the product page, and you shouldn't be able to add these to your cart. If a size becomes unavailable when you reach the checkout, you won't be able to purchase it.

Before making a payment be sure to review your cart at any time by clicking on "My Cart” at the top right of the screen.

You can edit, update, cancel or proceed to checkout with your selected items.

Once you're at the Checkout, if you intend to pay with PayPal please ensure your contact and shipping details match the details in your PayPal account.

To complete your order select your chosen method of payment and follow the prompts to complete your order.

After your payment is processed and your order is complete, you will receive an automated email and invoice receipt.

We try our best, but please make sure that all your details and products are correct before making payment as we cannot guarantee that we can amend your order before shipment is arranged.

Amend or Cancel Your Order

Before you make a payment you can amend your order in the MY CART section of the website before processing payment for your order.

After your payment has been processed it can be difficult to process all requests for order amendments post-payment, but our team can usually facilitate the following updating requests:

  • Shipping address
  • Contact details
  • Removing items

If you need to swap or amend sizes of products in an order you have already paid for, our team may not able to process this. Please ensure you check your order throughly before confirming your payment to ensure accuracy of your order.

To make this amendments, please email info@zanerobe.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Any requests received outside of the 2 hour window may not be processed in time before your order is released for shipment.

Creating An Account

You won't need an account to shop with us. We give you the option to check out as a guest or to sign up.

However, creating an account allows you to:

  • Come back anytime and easily check out without having to fill in your details again
  • Track your orders
  • Stay up-to-date with new season launches and any special events 

To create an account simply click "Account" in the top right hand corner of our site. You will then be given an option to register an account with us.

Technical Difficulties

We try our best to have as many issues resolved before they ever start affecting your shopping experience.

If you think there's something wrong, the fastest way to help you is if you contact us on Live Chat when we are online.

Our team should be able to assist, and if the solution isn't a quick one, we can follow up via email if you prefer.

Make sure you tell us the following so our team can asses the situation quickly for you:

  • What the error was
  • A screenshot of the error
  • Roughly what time it occurred
I can't sign into my account

When you want to shop with us or access your account, we ask you to sign in to your account.

If you find that your email address or password is not recognised, please make sure you are using the same email address and password that you used when you registered with us.

If you have forgotten your password just click the ‘forgot password’ tab on the sign in page and follow the prompts to receive your new password.

If you ever want to update your account information you can do so in the ‘my account’ tab.
